Hello I am new here and I am trying to play Grand Ages Rome Gold Edition in my PC. But when I first try to play it is asking me to put in the serial number. The only number I can find is on the back of the CD sleeve above the bar code number. It starts with ISBN 978-*-******-**-* Is that the serial number as it's the only one I can find on the CD sleeve or the CD itself other than the UPC number? I have tried the number with and without hyphens or spaces but it keeps telling me it's the wrong number. Can anyone help with this problem.
